Five star experience with views of the Himalayas (on a clear day). It is walkable to the village and viewpoints. There were lots of options for food and the staff are very polite and attentive. The rooms and beds are comfortable and there are so many other areas to relax in around the hotel.

Had a great time! Club Himalayas let us experience exactly what we came to Nagarkot for! The sunrise and sunset view is to die for! The bar experience was great! Sosthika and Basanth were very welcoming!

Ottima posizione. Tutte le camere con terrazzino con vista sulle montagne. Camera nella Heritage Wing spaziosa e luminosa. Staff accogliente e hotel manager molto disponibile per accomodare le nostre esigenze. Buffet a cena vario e di buona qualità.

Piscina con jacuzzi non pulitissima.

Been a while since i was inspired to write a review, and i hesitate to write a poor one where the people are good. In this case, my appreciation of Shankar, the front office manager, and Rajendra, at the restaurant. Both were kind and helpful. The staff too were eager to please, though in their own bumbling way. The Food; Complete disappointment. In their zeal to cater to the 'Indian' taste - and clientele, they have ended up serving mediocre food, most of which was tasteless. The good? Their starters which we did appreciate and enjoy. If you're missing chola bhatura, you'll feel right at home 🙄 And i nearly forgot to mention. The resturant closes at 9:30 pm. No room service aftet that period. I was rolling my eyes. The Room; In one word, tired. The property is fairly old. Old enough that you don't have bedside charging points and have to charge your phone in the toilet. The AC barely worked. Even in the September weather it barely cooled. The flush would leak often. Everything about it pointed to a lack of proper care. The entire property is dated. It's maintained fairly well, and does have a certain old world charm, but you know when you're dealing with an ageing person who is trying hard to gloss it over. The good; It's location, fairly high, and good for watching sunrise. Or sunset. It will be fair to mention they provided much needed Chai at the sunset watching platform free of charge which was a great gesture. And as always, my last point; Will i recommend this place to my friends? Answer; No. There are other places nearby that would cost less and provide a better experience. But if you're travelling from India and looking for the comforts of home, go right ahead. 😁

Good location for a sunrise view in the room. The terrace is convenient for both sunrise and sunset. Staff is polite and helpful.

Right at the outset Ms Sindu greeted us with a great smile. She escorted us around the property. Ms Sindu and the rest of the staff were at their very best and exceptional. The food, the location and the views were phenomenal. I am coming back for sure.

Fantastic Thakali set, Ramen and bibimbap, chops were absolute fantastic. Nice tasty food ans a great view of everest during clear weather. Sujan, Piornima and Sostika were very very attentive, professional and kind. Great food to have a lovely time with family. Highly recommended
