Banbridge Inn

People working there were friendly and quickly brought us extra towels. Room was very clean, full bottles of shampoo in the bathroom and kitchen had full supply of tea and coffee. Location was nothing special being next to busy road.

Owner is kind and trusting. The morning organic coffee was excellent. Thought to walk across the street for Tim Horton's but after tasting the coffee Tim's coffee wasn't even a second thought.

Unexpected little extras like a coffee room and laundry services made it so nice! A beautiful lawn with a croquet set, lots of chairs to choose from, a barbeque grill and brilliant geraniums too! A lovely stay.

This has been a family owned hotel for 2 generations and that commitment shows. Unexpected extras included: 1. A large yard or commons area with benches and picnic tables, and a BBQ for the use of guests.2. An inexpensive laundry with free soap (they extended the hours so we could finish ours)3. A well-equipped kitchen with thoughtful things like enough coffee for an entire pot. 4. Flowers and benches outside the doors. 5. Mostly the willingness of the owners to help visitors with any questions. Technically The Banbridge could be called a motel, but the rooms qualify as suites (the sofa bed is comfortable, and the bedroom door closes), and the commons area set both buildings back from the road.

Very nice accommodation. Comfortable and clean. Close to fast food outlets.

Didn't spend much time there, but the time spent was comfortable.

Couldn't close the deadbolt on hotel room easily resulting in not feeling entirely safe. Water temperature in the shower fluctuated wildly every time we used it regardless of time of day. Shift to scalding hot or freezing cold occurred so quickly I did not let me daughter use it. On the whole a quaint and well maintained property; but needs to attend to these kinds of details.

The hotel is older but is very well maintained. Very clean rooms and the owner was very helpful and accommodating during check in. The grounds are spacious and well-maintained, with lounge chairs, picnic tables and a BBQ. A large grass field allowed us to play catch and kick a soccer ball around. There is also a croquet set with a designated area to play.
