Convenient and safe area. Big rooms.

Brand new and beautiful rooms with great view. Staff was friendly, competent and spoke English. AC was not working well, but they had a good fan, which was sufficient for the time and conditions. Breakfast was good, but not outstanding.

The facilities were fine (comparing with the place availability) however, I booked the suit with jacuzzi. When I wanted to use it, there’s was no hot water. I informed the front desk, and they said to wait 5 minutes in order to give them time to turn on the gas (not good they switch it off). At the end, I was not able to use it, and I overpaid for an amenity that I was not able to use. The next morning, I informed the reception and they did not pay attention to my complain.

I stayed in suite room. It was clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and the breakfast was good. One thing I didn't like was the location. Other than that it is very nice hotel.

This is a lovely hotel with great amenities and friendly staff. The rooms are very clean with a nice view. The breakfast is great too and free. The hotel is located at the top of a hill in Aguas Calientes. That can be an issue if you are lugging heavy stuff and not used to the high altitude. However the hotel's staff are willing to come to train station to drop off and pick up your luggage (wish we had know that when we originally booked). The WiFi can be a little spotty but that seems to be the case in most hotels in Peru. Overall, this is a great place and highly recommended.

I had a bad experience, and a relative of mine had an accident in the bathroom of his room, the floor was super slippery and there was no safe mat in the bathroom, I reported it to the administration, they only gave me a cream and that's it, Right now my family member is swollen all over his arm and half of her face.

I stayed at Taypikala in Cusco. I loved it, the rooms were very clean, and the front desk people were friendly and helpful. Very good choice.

The people so nice everything clean and with ads for more money and get a suite room. We are watching tv and we are seating in the sofa drinking a wine and seeing the mountain so beautiful we sharing with a group of friends
