Queen Bed suite was Nice, clean and Shower was clean too. You have to walk little bit from Train station to reach hotel. There are no Taxi concept here. We had back packs so no issue. Breakfast was good. I was told you can book in advance to get a person from Hotel to pick up your luggage from Train station. Hotel also kept luggage after checked out and delivered the luggage to Train station based on your Train timing. Many restaurants and shops near by and few picture spots in front. We bought Bus ticket in advance as the lines are longer and on day of travel you have to reach 1-1.5 hour in advance (yes) to catch the Bus to Machu Picchu due to long lines. Indio Felix restaurant Food, staff was great and the restaurant was worth visiting. The owner were very nice. Enjoyed Fruit from local fruit market including chirimoya, Gooseberry etc.

We rented a suite, it was large, clean, and well equipped. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great hotel. Great service. I lost my passport. The hotel helped track down the restaurant where it was found then send a someone to pick it up.

The view was amazing. Bed and linens were super comfortable! We wanted to stay an extra night, but they were fully booked so we were sad to go. Jacuzzi tub didn’t seal fully because of stopper so we never could get the jacuzzi tub completely full. The water also wasn’t scalding hot like I like, just warm. The elevator also broke while we were there so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs with the luggage, but you have to walk everywhere anyways so it wasn’t that big of a deal. We would definitely stay here again. The breakfast just okay, but it was nice to have something to start the day with. The view tho was top notch! 💜💜

Great proper for those going to Machu Picchu. Clean, safe, comfortable beds. What really makes it though is the staff. Always willing to help and very responsive to your feedback or needs.

I stayed 1 night here, the staff where so kind, check in was so easy, Nancy was nice she even upgrade the room to suite! breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, overall I would recommend this place.

Floor was dirty, my white socks got black in an instant. Also, the amenities are very dated. First morning they served me omelette with a long black thick hair inside. Absolutely disgusting.
