Property was in a good location, away from some of the busier parts. If walking uphill to your room from most the food restaurants, this might not be your place. Otherwise it was safe, quiet, and clean. No AC and misquotes were a problem so this made the room a little uncomfortable.

A great hotel on top of the hill. Nancy greeted us and what's apped me to see if we need assistance with our luggage from train station. It's only 7 minutes walk to train station and maybe 5 minutes to bus station to Macchu Picchu. A great locations to shops and restaurants. A 17 minutes walk up " hot Springs" and " Macchu Picchu waterfall". Unfortunately the later was closed to the weather. During our two days stay here we only got a bit of rain. The rest was beautiful clear skies. The venders are pushy; just say no thank you. The staff at this hotel were amazing from Nancy at front desk who accommodated our request for a better room to Rosemary at Buffet Breakfast. Thank you both!!!! The breakfast buffet was good. They even had poached salmon to load us up for our long day in MP. Thank you everyone!!!!! PS: My only negative comments would be," no coffee" at their hot station which is only tea and no "AC" in rooms. They had fan!

This is the BEST hotel there in my opinion. The staff here is very kind and helpful! I stayed in a suite and it was very nice, with a balcony to over see the city. I tried to use the tub but there was a smell that came from the jets; so i ended up not using. Other wise the hotel is amazing with great breakfast. This Hotel is close to the very end of the city, and if you’re not use to walking uphill or are coming from an excursion its going to be a little difficult for you to get there. The town is a walkable town so you’ll be fine!
