They were very kind to send someone to the train station to carry our bags and show us the way. Breakfast was delicious and the man who laid it out was so kind and attentive. The hotel is a little bit older, but still a good stay

This hotel is very well located, close to many amenities. It was clean and the service was outstanding. The rooms needed updating and there was very little air circulation and therefore was hot through the night.

Great hotel and would stay again. It’s a little far up but the view of the mountains was fantastic.

Staff was very helpful! So nice to be met at the train station and get help with our bags up the steep hill to the hotel which is located at the cry top, quite near the thermal springs. The hotel connected us with a guide who met us the afternoon before our visit to Machu Picchu for a briefing. He helped us get cash and our bus ticket for the last leg to Machu Picchu, in addition to pointing out where we could get the Machu Picchu stamp for our passports. The hotel staff gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner - Chullos by the train tracks.

It’s a nice, clean, modern hotel. We stayed 2 nights. Our room was big with a view of the mountains. Only con was the bathtub was difficult to step into. Breakfast was plentiful. We got 5 kilos of laundry done for $20. Best bargain ever. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of the location. It was up a very long and steep hill at the top of town. Although when we arrived at train station the hotel sent someone to meet us and he very kindly pulled my suitcase up the hill. There are some nice restaurants located close by so no need to go down the hill. Also it’s very close to the hot springs. If you don’t have mobility issues, you should definitely stay here. Oh. They have good TV access. We were. Able to watch the Super Bowl in our room.
