Great location , great staff

Good location and helpful staff, but strict policies The hotel has a great location, and the staff were very helpful during my stay. However, I was disappointed by how strict they were with check-in and check-out times—they don’t accommodate early check-in, and I was asked to leave exactly at check-out time, which felt a bit rigid. Overall, decent for the location, but not the most flexible

Great location, nice breakfast

The staff was friendly and helpful. They contacted me before arrival to arrange pick up from the train station. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with various options. My luggage was stored after check-out. It was a great hotel for my overnight stay in Aguas Calientes.

The staffs are very friendly and attentive. They picked me up at the train station and help me with my bags. It’s an uphill walk for 10 minutes, and the help is very much appreciated. Welcome desserts at room and wonderful breakfast. Great value for the price.

This hotel is good

Lovely boutique hotel with nice upgraded room due to VIP Access status with jacuzzi tub, and very accommodating staff - including pick up and drop off WITH BAGS at train station

Clean, nice, walking distance to a lot. Good breakfast, nice staff, really nothing to complaint about, except maybe check out change to noon.

Clean and comfortable.10 min uphill walk from the train station. Convenient access to restaurants, shops and bus pick up.
