L'accueil, la proximité avec le centre ville, le côté un peu rétro.

La literie aurait mérité d'être changée, le matelas était très mou et s'affaissait au milieu. Le reste était bien

No way to change room temperature except opening the windows, then mosquito issue. Room was too hot. Was agreed to by email early checkin, when I arrived was advised not possible. They did store my luggage for me.

I wish we'd found this hotel years ago! It's just a few minutes drive from the Shuttle terminal at Coquelles and not much further from the ferries. We had a clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was showing signs of wear but was very clean and everything worked ok. You can park on the street or there's a secure garage for an extra €10. Breakfast was good and there's also a pleasant bar area. The staff were friendly end helpful - the lady on reception recommended a restaurant and gave us directions. It's only a few minutes into town and even on Monday evening there were several places open to eat and drink. I'd definitely stay again rather than in one of the hotel chains nearer the terminal. And if you need it, the local buses are free

Good value stopover at Calais. Friendly staff and bike storage in the courtyard available. Well placed for town centre.
