Hotel Ristorante Cervo

This hotel seems to be used only by people who waiting to catch an aeroplane, can leave their car and get a shuttle. It is a grotty hotel in a grotty location.

Hotel razoavel, bem próximo ao aeroporto. Não tivemos problemas no check in ou no transfer. Quarto bom para um pernoite antes de viajar.

People extremely friendly...service very good ... kitchen staff and food was outstanding...

The room were so DIRTY, and the staff couldn't speak english. It was impossible to communicate with them, and they got mad at you, for asking for a cleaner room. Find another place, there is plenty of better places for the same price.

Old place, old appliances, airport shuttle service is limited to a few hours only, shuttle van was damaged- side door and cargo door didn’t work properly, instead of shuttle service in morning they call for a car which did not have any taxi sign , no meter and they are charging 20 euro for less than 5 minutes drive. No breakfast available. And many mores

We stayed there just one night . Terrible place, do not recommend to stay there. There is a Holiday Express , Best Western and Ibis Hotel just near by. Everything You read in a previous low star reviews its true and I don’t have to repeat. They say they have transfer to and from Malpensa but this is not quite true. They told us they do not provide o airport transfer from 9 or 10 AM till late afternoon. When I asked why they said - We can call you for an taxi . I said fine . @11am I ask reception to call for taxi, so that he called for definitely wasn’t a taxi - that was a luxury Mercedes sedan with out any taxi signs on outside or even inside - no taxi meter , or light . I new already that it will ra reap off but - what we ca do we got to go to an airport and they new about it. Charge was €20 for less than 5 minutes drive. Other things @ this place - no breakfast in the morning and there’s no restaurants near by , just a coffee bar @ lobby with old looking croissants. Bathroom was ok , rooms are old with smelly odour, blankets for a bed was dirty and dusty I Do Not recommend this place

Very good hotel hotel and very economic if you want to spend a night near the airport. Room deco dated but clean and tidy room and bathroom. Transfer from and to the airport. Staff very friendly and accommodating. No issues at all. Had a good night sleep and next morning we were on our way for the aiport again.

So many things wrong with this hotel. Toilets broken and had to manually flush by self by lifting the lid and lifting the stopper. No lights in halls near our room. NO breakfast buffet, only stale croissants we had to pay for. shuttle to airport NOT free, and is done at THEIR leisure not your needs. Will no stay here again.

Aircon in room didn’t work, the flyscreen on the windows was ripped (only about a third remained on the window) so couldn’t cool ourselves that way either. Sensor for hallway light didn’t work at one end, so you had to walk a dark hallway (light came on when you got to the end) and there was an actual birds nest on the emergency exit light in the hallway (my daughter thought the baby birds were cute.) Food in the restaurant was terrible, surpassed only by the service (only bad meal and horrible service we had during our week in Italy.) They offer a shuttle service (as per their website) but this is an extra charge they (this they don’t advertise.) This was a nightmare. Tried to save money on our last night, by the time we added in the airport transfer it cost us more for a dump.
