"Cheap and cheerful"

Located close to the airport which was just what we needed. Bed wasn’t too comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful

We went to the restaurant and was hit with almost three euros a piece for the table cloth and bread that we didn’t ask for so that was a surprise everything else was excellent

"Stay somewhere else! Not worth it"

Terrible experience. Hotel is located in a sketchy area with dilapidated houses all around. Heat and AC did not work in the room. Water in shower was only lukewarm. Black mould growing on wall and ceiling in the washroom. Leak in the wall between the washroom and bedroom shared wall. The issue seems to have been bandaged for a long time with wall plaster. There is a 2'x2' section of wall with plaster and a hole in it. Sheets are old. Bed was creaky and I could feel the springs in the mattress.

I like the food 👍 Very disappointed ..... not enough hot water in water heater tank. No window in a bedroom, ceiling is dripping water when it rains, not enough lights in a bathroom. No A/C /Heater control its hard to communicate with the owner or staff and housekeepers cuz they speak a little bit of English so sign language most of the time 😜 but very nice people can’t beat that. I give this property a 3 star ***

"Freezing cold room! "

Negative experience. I was staying for one night with my two children. The room was freezing cold, it felt about 15 degree. The air-conditioning was turned off because, as receptionist explained it is controlled automatically and they can not do anything about it. Positive thing about the place is that it is about 5 minutes from the Milan Malpensa airport. They have transfer to the airport for 3EUR per person.

Best coffee machine nteacservice all free. Food edible just ask fir salt reduction by70%, heavy handed on salt like all European cooking , Europeans must learn ni salt cooking ; its a health hazard
