Hotel Ristorante Cervo

I booked the room the traditional way by phone the night before and was asked to confirm the booking by email providing the credit card information, which I did. When I arrived at the hotel the night of stay, the room I reserved had been sold to somebody else and I was offered a room that was almost 50% more expensive. The guy was not even willing to state his name. Such people and such malpractice are a shame for the Italian tourism industry. Please do not support this people.

The first room they took us to smelled like someone pooped all over it. In the hall in front of the room was a bird nest and a massive pile of bird poop under the nest. They moved us to a smaller room inside the hotel and the ac didn’t work and the bed was hard as a rock.

Great location and customer service attention.

The hotel is very close to Malpensa airport. The shuttle service to and from the airport is very fast and the staff is very pleasant.

Clean and comfy for a night before an early flight. Good little restaurant. It isn't the Ritz... It's a 3* convenience hotel. Good shuttle service.

The shuttle service id restricted. After 11pm you have to take taxi for 20 euro. The room is outdated. In bathroom toilet flush was broken.

Place was nice, clean, quiet. Staff were great. 2 miles from airport!

Very convenient to the Milan airport, perfect if you have a flight layover.
