Hotel Ristorante Cervo

It's was perfectly fine as a place to crash between flights. I didn't explore too much as I arrived and left in the dark. It's not somewhere I would take the family but by myself out does the job.

I stayed here after arriving on a late flight. The owners are very nice! They told me the trick of taking the free airport terminal bus and to get off at the Case Nuove Stop. From there it is a very short 5 minute walk to the hotel. I appreciated this tip since the hotel could have pushed their €3 shuttle! I also liked how they were careful to "save" some breakfast food for me as there was a family taking most of what was being put out. I would have rated it as Average but due to the service I am giving it 4 stars!

We slept first in a hotel at the end of the street but we had to come here because the first one was fully booked the second day(and we know why). It was a disappointment when we arrived at the room. Its like a cheap Motel, the walls weren't even decent painted. The television is so small I first thought it was the air conditioning control. The restaurant was closed on Sunday so we had to go out and search on our own. We also had to pay for the shuttle service, in our first hotel we paid same room rate with free shuttle. We've left with the feeling that this hotel is in need of a renovation.

Charmingly Italian! If you want a 'non-global' place to stay.. this is the place. Staff friendly and welcoming. Dinner fabulous, excellent, helpful waiters. Room good and clean. Enjoyed our stay would go again.

Hotel is very bad , old and not worth the money. Don't take their shuttle, just walk towards main road and take the inter-terminal bus. Breakfast is ok, but not really worth 5 eur pp. Staff is not helpful and sounded irritated. Would not recommend.

The staff was very nice,the food was good.the hotel was old and could use some updating. The bathroom shower was very small and mold.

A funky, converted motel, which has been updated and remolded. Run by an older husband (who serves as the shuttle driver) , wife and their front desk person, and the family dog Romeo. Nice and clean, but in a sketchy area. Its good for a quick overnight if you have an early plane to catch --its a few miles from the airport, but they run a shuttle (at $3 per person each way) . However, for only being 5 minutes from the airport, the shuttle took 50 minutes to come get us after we called. I had to call 3 times, and they kept saying it was on it's way. In January, in freezing temps, that is not good. And they STILL charged us for the shuttle! Also the wife and husband sit in the main lobby area and watch TV, it was interesting to observe. There looked like a good restaurant on premises, we didn't eat there, but they have a bar (expensive) and some reservations get breakfast, but they told us "at your rate you don't get breakfast" - what?? We got in late 8 p.m. and left at 6 a.m, so it was a quick sleep before we had to be at the airport for our morning flight.

We perform check in at 08:30, Sella welcome as very good! Nice room with nice decorative stuff.. we enjoyed every second. Recommended!

We arrived at rwo,o'clock on Sunday, Oct. 16 for lunch at Cervo restaurant and we told it was closed by the unfriendly receptionist. We checking in at the hotel and our room was clean but small, the bathroom is in need of a renovation (the shower is rusted). Then the screen on the window was torn. The beds are camp beds, hard as a rock so is the pillow not very comfortable. All in all the worst hotel we have stayed in during three weeks touring Italy.
