Staff were friendly except for the 1 dragon lady on the reception desk who just didn't want to help and was watching the 5pm clock. Overall was clean, older styled apartments. 5min bus ride from Paramatta Westfield. Unfortunately, no air con at any of the units. Would be ok in winter, but not for summer. And yes during my stay, Sydney hit 44 deg celsius in the worst heatwave I have ever been thru. no free wifi. I guess you get what you pay for. Overall 2.5/5 for me.

There was no air conditioning. I rang up in advance and explicitly asked if there was air conditioning and was told there was - there wasn't. It was 46 deg on Fri and Saturday not much better!

Rubbish. They double booked our room and made us late for a Guns and Roses concert we paid nearly a thousand dollars to see and travelled 8 hours to get there. I booked this venue 3 months in advance due to its proximity to the concert. As you can imagine all other accommodation was booked in the area. We had to spend time finding a room, which ended up being 30 mins further away, which made us late. The room also cost hundreds more as they all put there prices up knowing people would be desperate at the last minute. This dump put us in this predicament. As far as im concerned the Uni should reimburse the difference in accommodation costs as they caused this

I booked here because of price and convenience - an experiment to see if this budget option would work for me on occasional on-going basis. I did not have high expectations so was doubly disappointed to find that even they were not met. Biggest issue was the lack of information in the advertising of the level of facility. It did not make plain that it would be share bathroom, no air conditioning, no tea or coffee facilities, with the only television in a common area and not even a kettle, a cup, a teaspoon or a single glass in the share kitchen. The photographs of the rooms on their own website should say 'serving suggestion only' because the level of comfort suggested is entirely misleading. The building is recent but carelessly maintained. The bathrooms were newly fitted-out but not clean and although the rooms were well ventilated, the window screens everywhere looked like they hadn't been cleaned since installation. The staff were barely polite and completely unapologetic about how often guests 'end up angry at any little thing'. I will not be staying here again. I met other travellers there who said the same for exactly the same reasons.

Nice atmosphere, newly built rooms and supporting staff. No internet though

After the reception closes there is no control over noise and alcohol with people still in the pool after 1.a.m loaded with grog and the noise was unbearable. At 5.a.m they were up and about, more noise, and by 6.a.m. more music. No sleep.

Glad that I was staying for only one night. Bed was comfortable. This was a shared apartment. Typical uni accommodation. Bathroom could have done with a scrub and the kitchen tap didn't work, I stayed in my room for the night as I wasn't comfortable using the shared lounge room.
