"Service"

The staff were not serviceminded at all, exept the woman at the check-in. its a beautiful view from the restaurant and pool area. However I would not go back

"Rejuvenation!"

Wonderful beyond my expectations on many aspect. My intention for this trip is solely for relaxation & rejuvenation for my body, mind & soul was indeed achieved. Friendly caring staff & beautiful beach view was exquisite! Kudos to Crystal Bay Beach Resort!

"great location, good hotel"

The hotel is located on an amazing spot. The hotel itself is in a good condition and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt that it is a bit overpriced for the rooms (the beds are very uncomfortable for example...)

"great location, very nice place"

Crystal bay is an amazing spot in Koh Samui and the resort is very nice as well. The staff is very friendly and helping and the hotel itself is in a good condition. However, the beds are very uncomfortable and the baby cot we got may be suitable to a 3 months old baby but not a 2 year girl like ours. All in all, we would recommend this place.
