"Very helpful staff, close to the trains"

"Excellent"

Very friendly staff, breakfast included and plentiful, bed was two rollerbeds (!!) not connected !!) but one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in. Duvet was very good as well. Good budget hotel for family. Might stay there again if the price is right.

"don't go there"

arrived to the hotel at 23:00 hotel was totally closed ! "hotel is open from 07:00 to 22:00" no phone number .. no nothing this details is NOT mentioned on HOTELS.COM while booking so... at 23:00 ... i walked over St Gallen to find another available hotel... so nice..... !!!

USED THIS HOTEL WHILE VISITING ST GALLEN AND THE SURROUNDING AREA AND IT SERVED AS A GOOD BASE TO DO SO.I WAS SATISFIED WITH MY STAY AND WOULD CONSIDER REBOOKING IN THE FUTURE SHOULD I RETURN TO THE CITY.
