Breakfast was good and the rooftop view is great. Location is perfect, right in the middle of the square, with lots of shopping and dining options within a few feet. Room service is not there and one needs to go to reception for every requirement.

Fantastic room, facing front square with balcony window. Lovely 5th floor rooftop communal veranda. A very high quality room. Excellent staff who gave very good advice on tourist sites to visit.

Staff very helpful, except when I first arrived the receptionist was speaking loudly on the telephone which ended up being a lengthy conversation, without pausing and acknowledging me at all making me wait after a long train ride

Excellent stay in a beautiful room, with wonderful views of the square and the Alhambra. Jesus and his colleagues were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing room, bright and looking over the square. Reception staff were lovely. Location is fabulous. Comfy bed and great shower. Clean as a whistle.

Lovely and warm central heating with the ability to open the door for fresh air. Great location.
