"Great location with amazing staff."

Great location just across the square from the cathedral and easy walking to lots of lovely little streets and the river area beneath the Alhambra. The staff were really helpful and very welcoming. The shower was excellent. Reception is on the first floor, but there is a lift so we didn’t have to carry the luggage upstairs.We didn’t have breakfast there as there were lots of cafes around the square. We would definitely return to this hotel.

It took a little while to get connected to the Wi-Fi.

The location is right in the city centre. Very close to everything. The ladies at the reception was very helpful.

It would be better to have a kettle in the room.

"Surprisingly nice single bedroom"

Great single room, like a tiny house. Very mininalistic, but everything was there. Bathroom was quite spacious even.

A bit noisy though, I could hear a number of building utilities quite loud at night.

Room on first night poor small bed,requested change for second night which there was a charge for,not a problem,and got a far better room.
