Brilliant location, attentive staff and comfortable family rooms.

Nothing much. The second bathroom had a small odour from the drain at times. But this was sporadic and totally manageable.

Lovely staff very accomadating. Central location. I had an issue with the room, and the lovely receptionist Alicia,moved us.

Noisy family room, and lights are coming on off.Strong odour from bathroom.

I normally don't write and just grade - but the hotel was really great, super comfortable, well located and the staff was lovely. Highly recommended and bare in mind that I have high standards.
