"Stunning location for a very nice resort with a great restaurant"

The location is stunning. The rooms are large and nicely decorated, although we were in a room with another room directly above us and this was a bit loud (and could have been much worse). There are nice facilities on the property (an alpaca farm and a couple of information centers (on alpacas and condors) that were very well done.) The spa facilities, where we had massages, were very nice. The restaurant is very good for lunch and dinner, and certainly acceptable for breakfast. The level of service was very high and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The Wifi was very spotty -- impossible to say if this was the hotel or the general service in this rural location. Our room could have been loud if we had had the wrong upstairs residents.
