"Optimale Ausgangslage um den Canyon zu erkunden oder sich einfach etwas zu erholen."

Die Lage ist wunderschön, die heißen Quellen gepflegt und sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück ist Durchschnitt aber okay.

Der Service im Restaurant. Funktional aber wenig herzlich.

"Beautiful if you can walk it."

Very accessible bathroom, but everything else requires stairs as this is halfway up a mountain side. The property is NOT accessible. Do not try this in a wheelchair or any mobility device. The pools are amazing, the views impeccable, and the alpaca ranch and condor museum is so interesting. Lithium and magnesium are the main minerals. The spa is great.

Las aguas termales, el bar frente a las aguas termales, la vista, la atención. Todo es perfecto. Yo viaje a final de marzo y como es temporada baja pude disfrutar del hotel porque habían pocas personas y fue una experiencia muy exclusiva.

"Desconexión y paz mental"

El entorno del hotel y la tranquilidad que se respira es maravillosa, que tenga termas privadas es un punto extra importante. Me encantó el espacio de cuidado de las alpacas, poderlas visitar es genial. Los detalles están muy cuidados en general.

Como mejoras: Ofrecería más recomendaciones por parte del personal del uso de las termas. Las camas son algo duras para mi gusto. El desayuno en hotel de este tipo sería más interesante a la carta ya que el bufet era algo pequeño para todos los que éramos. No obstante repetiría sin duda ❤️

Super fijn hotel met heerlijke hotsprings die 24 uur per dag open zijn! Hele goede service en je kan gratis fietsjes gebruiken. In de omgeving kan je veel doen: hikes, quats huren. De kamer was mega groot en fijn. Het bed gigantisch! Er zijn lekkere badjassen die je kan gebruiken als door de mooie tuin naar de hot springs te lopen.

In het restaurant probeerden we de ossobuco die 8 uur gegaard zou zijn, maar deze was hard. En bij de kalkoen zou spinazie zitten maar dat was niet zo. Ze hebben wel gelijk de ossobuco omgeruild. De service is echt goed, de ossobuco minder
