C’est un hôtel très chic où le personnel est très attentionné. Le prix sont élevés mais cela va avec le standing. Les bains chauds sont très agréables ! Si le temps est dégagé, c’est très gai !

L’emplacement est très bien et le lieu est magique.

J’ai trouvé le personnel trop strict. J’ai ressenti une volonté de bien faire mais en oubliant le sourire et la simplicité.

"La verdad que es perfecto, lo recomendaria sin duda"

El alojamiento es amplio y muy limpio. El baño amplio con una buena ducha. Tiene una terraza con tumbonas para apreciar las vistas de dia y una mesilla para sentarte y ver las estrellas. Los baños termales abiertos 24 horas y muy bien cuidadas. El desayuno tenia de todo y estaba genial

Os banhos termais sem dúvida são espetaculares. Mas a fazendinha com alpacas e lhamas e o "pequeno museu" que explica como as lãs são utilizadas é imperdível. Sem falar, na ponte pênsil sobre o rio e na deslumbrante paisagem do vale do Colca. O restaurante possui uma culinária peruana diferenciada e um atendimento formidável. Um verdadeiro oasis no vale do Colca.

Apenas como sugestão, o local das fontes termais poderia ter algumas espreguiçadeiras
