"Room was fine but the staff never performed normal duties."

Room was large and quiet.

The staff never changed the linens or towels, never provided and replacement towels, never cleaned the room or emptied the trash containers. Not much of a breakfast selection.

Breakfast was very boring. They need to add something to make it a pleasure to look forward to instead of a dull, uncreative experience. Yucky scrambled eggs, bland sausages, cereal, bagels, underripe bananas. Same old, same old.

I didn’t like the fact that I paid for two rooms and they only had me reserved for one room. They didn’t accept my validations for a receipt and confirmation numbers. I had to pay for another room! I need a refund from your company to compensate for them not having the correct reservation information. Please refund the cost of one room. Thank you

Staff was friendly

Too many to mention. Dead ants, no sofa bed, carpets were not clean upon arrival, dirty bathroom, running toilet.... As I write this I'm waiting on a response from booking.com and Hampton Inn regarding my stay. Four days after departure and still no resolution although it is the holidays.
