"WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE"

DO NOT EVER STAY @ Hampton Inn & Suites Saginaw, MI!!! Worst hotel ever. Worst customer service ever! Called Hilton guest services to complain! Had to call back 5 times with no resolution. They offered me a free night!! 🤣 Like I’ll ever stay there again. Stayed from a Friday-Sunday. NO HOT WATER!! Promised it would be fixed Saturday, it was not. They wanted to offer me $40 even though I had 3 rooms booked for family. Included are pics of our room: -2 rooms had broken sinks -broken toilet handle, toilet paper dispenser and disabled smoke alarm in 1 room!!! Isn’t that against THE LAW! 🤔 Stay away from this hotel chain friends! The location was very convenient for us. We have stayed here several times before and had a great experience. Not sure if it has changed hands but this time was a much different stay.

We had other family members stay here as well this time. The facility had no hot water for the entire weekend, we were supposed to get a 40.00 refund off or bill which is what they said but upon checking out that changed and the front desk gave us a manager’s card and told us they we needed to contact her to discuss the possibility of a refund. Unfortunately, you call the number and no one answered.

"Would not go back"

Room smelled clean. Staff was friendly

Faucet in bathroom was loose, ball of hair on the floor, shower ledge almost fell off when I put a bottle of shampoo on it. Bed was like sleeping on a rock
