"Spacious rooms, some repairs needed"

Loved the size of the room. Lots of things in need of repair in our room: an electrical socket that stuck out of the wall, faucet that was loose, faulty light switch by vanity, towel bar that’s loose from the wall. We also got a sour smelling bath towel.

"Not pleasant."

It was clean.

The quality of the decor of this Hampton was shockingly bad. You used to be able to count on all Hampton’s being a nice place to stay.They have changed everything to look like 60’s modern and it just looks cheap and unappealing. They have used very cheap building materials from carpet to fake wood and it is vey garish. Guess I’ll be staying somewhere else.

Esta muy cerca de plazas comerciales. El personal fue muy amable. La habitacion estaba muy comoda.

Se retrasaron en poner el desayuno dos dias, y me fui sin desayunar :( No entendi como poner el wifi en mi laptop ni celular, tuve que bajar a recepcion a que me lo instalaran.

"Good"

Breakfast until 9. Went at 8:40 and everything but waffles eggs sausage and fruit already gone. No toast, pastries, oatmeal. Sink facet in room was so loose when turning on water. Felt like it would break off. Room 62 degrees when we first arrived. Maybe great for housekeepers but not us. Thermostats weren’t correct I think I’m done with Hampton Inns.

"Disappointing "

Broken ice makers on floors 2 and 3, no one at the front desk seemed to know how to handle that information. The wet bar faucet in the room doesn’t work. The ice smells terrible and the fan sounds like a chainsaw. The tray to put the coffee in the coffee maker is missing. The room layout is fantastic, it’s a shame it’s been left is such disrepair.
