"Chill Weekend Gareway"

The hotel was nice and pretty chill. We booked and checked with the Hilton app and no issues. It was quiet, we had no issues with noise or inconsiderate quests. There’s plenty of food and shopping options, if you’re traveling alone or with family.

I had a problem with my room in that the overhead shower was inoperable, and I had been out in the 90 degree sun for 10 hours. They assured me that I'd be compensated in some way, but the manager was never available and has never called me back after several attempts to reach her. I will never stay here again.

Location

Blood on the comforter, dirty pillows 3 of the 8 were dirty with blood stains or snot on them. Other looked like had not been washed in forever. TV live TV would not work front desk could not figure it out and the fact that the front desk thought these complaints all in the first of 2 night stay was normal ….makes me check Hamptons Inns quality. We usually have a higher standard with Hampton Inns we have stayed with in the past. Ice machine on 2nd floor broke and for a hot 4th of July not a good thing.

Look a little long checking in. They changed our room since it wasn't ready and it was after 3:00. Staff handled it nicely. Sink faucet loose, falling apart. Room was huge, clean, quiet. Breakfast was terrific with lots of choices eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, more

Falsely advertised room! We booked a king room with a sofa bed. Our family of 4 checked in at the counter then went to the room to find there was only a king bed in the room. The employee who checked us in stated that they took all the sofa beds out when they remodeled but did not update online listings. He mentioned he was wondering how we planned to make it work when we checked in but never mentioned it to us. We asked to check out, change rooms, or cancel the reservation. They denied all requested and charged us the $200 for a room we had to leave so our children had a bed to sleep in. The phones were also down at the property while we were there. The smok alarm in the room was hanging by wires from the ceiling. This used to be a really nice property but we will not be going back.
