Really enjoyed staying here. Clean hotel and good service. Heated toilets were a major plus... Only downstroke is that the location is great for a convention, but otherwise not in the heart of Xiamen - but really isn't a long ride either.

I will choose to stay in this hotel again next time.

It's a great place to stay in Xiamen, excellent bed and view from the room. The place is very near to the beach where one can have some fun. I stayed 3 nights in Nikko, unfortunately, it rained but I still managed to visit the beach on my last day. The buffet lunch was excellent with very good spread of food, I loved the sushi most. However, the hotel is far from the city center. Will definitely stay at the hotel again and also recommend it to friends visiting Xiamen. Keep up the good work.

After staying in close to thirty top-flight hotels throughout China on an extended business trip, I feel that the Nikko in Xiamen was the best of the best. Simple, efficient, and with great attention to detail made this hotel stand out. The hotel seems to be quite new and there were very few guests when we were there - but the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the entire hotel and the outstanding quality of the food in the all-day restaurant made for a very pleasant stay. If I have once very small criticism - it would be that, with a hotel of this quality it would have been nice if the staff who greeted us at the front desk had a better mastery of English - they were exceptionally efficient and pleasant, but during our stay there were several small misunderstandings because their knowledge and understanding of English was quite minimal. A note for the mangement of the hotel; one person with sound English should be assigned to the front desk at all times - possibly a difficult ask in a city where foreign visitors are scarce, but once the word gets out about what a fine hotel the Nikko is - then I'm sure this will change.

This is the second time I am staying. I had a better room the 1st time, the room was not very tidy and smaller the 2nd time. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices both Western and Asian. Location seems a bit off, especiallz you can't really get food anywhere except in the hotel at night.

Very pleasant and the service was the best.
