The staff and the room had to get a new key for the room every day after working anywhere from 14 to 20 hours

There was roaches and it was extremely dirty we was moved to another room and it wasn’t any better I expected more out of this hotel…it was so bad I ended my trip a day early

"I will never ever stay there again!"

The service was offer. Asked for extra linens, didn't have any.. the room was not a kitchenette, pool didn't work. I will never ever stay there again. Asked for a rollaway bed or pullout in another room, willing to pay, didn't happen.
