"Probably the worst hotel experience in many years."

Coffee was hot. Bed was firm. Unit was clean.

Breakfast was not a good experience. The attendant was not on the job. Juice machine was broken. Waffle maker was a mess and unusable. Only 3 slices of bread in bread container - no variety. No fruit. No hot food. Our unit had a poorly fitted door which had open space at top and bottom, which we had to plug to keep bugs out. When registering I requested an upper unit and I was told that all upper units were “smoking”, which I find both hard to believe and an incredibly bad practice. Location was extremely noisy during the evening from highway traffic and some customers occupying units who sat in running vehicles and who clearly were not travellers.

Parking plenty of parking spaces. Asst manager attitude left a lot to be desired. Television in room not working. Evening desk attendant was excellent in attitude and service.
