The location was great, and rooms were clean

Pool.was dirt Laundry facility for guest was extremely dirty as well as the pool.

Hotel was fully booked and had no extra blankets or pillows for our pull out couch. Floors in elevator were gross. Staff was good.

Clean very comfortable

No available bed linen for pull out couch- breakfast cold not appealing- front desk clerk rude about room booked on this site said room wasn’t available and couldn’t refund my money said they could put me in a smaller room that wouldn’t work for 3 adults and 2 children When I told her that wasn’t acceptable all of a sudden a room with my requirements became available ( other than no pillows or bed linen for pull out couch had to get personal blankets from our car and use a pillow off the queen bed)
