"All great minus breakfast "

Everything was great except breakfast. The poor staff could not keep up, and pretty much everything was out of stock. We checked in twice, even when there was nobody at breakfast. We ended up getting food elsewhere, so you might want to take that into consideration when making plans.

"Blood stains on mattress"

No sheets, no pillows for pull out couch. Blood stains on mattress of pull out couch, they would not let 2 of us go to another room, there was 6 of us in the queen suite nobody wants to sleep on a mattress that's blood stained!!! Refrigerator was frozen up, window was left open we didn't know it until middle of night. Waffle maker was broken at breakfast.

"I am very grateful we were only staying one night as we were passing through."

The location was easy to find

The bathroom ceiling was in bad shape. The woman working the breakfast could not keep up with the number of guests trying to get breakfast. The woman at check in tried to switch our room to a single king bed for my family of 5 (we booked 2 queens & pullout sofa). The pool was gross, so my kids were disappointed they couldn’t swim.

The hotel was nice but the breakfast was awful. My family didn’t get much to eat because they didn’t keep anything stocked! It was super busy full of people just standing in line waiting and the food wasn’t replenished, so we had to eat down the road. The room sink also barely had any pressure, but thankfully the shower was strong. Disappointed with our stay due to staying here for breakfast included for our small kids and they couldn’t even enjoy it.
