Star Hotel

I stayed here for 5 nights. Loved the spacious room, hot water and good wifi. bed was very comfortable. AC was great. I liked the location too, easy access to the tourist part of town. I would stay here again.

they prefer cash payment. they do have credit card facilities but that seemed to be in another location. and I wish they had facilities for making hot drinks like coffee and tea.

I stayed here 6 nights in total on my stay in Battambang. It's a great hotel! Good location and near capital bus. I'd reccomend as a good cheap hotel. Staff were very friendly and the room and bed clean.

Good location and decent stay, but hotel could use an update. Price is super cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Rooms need a serious dusting and holes in ceiling and elsewhere need to be fixed better than sticking tissue in them. Sink and shower water were clean and in general I slept well. Quiet area and I felt safe walking around at night as solo female traveler. Close to night market.

We stayed here for one night during a gadventures tour, the room was very small with no window. Only enough room for the double bed and side tables. The bathroom was tiny but shower was powerful. Aircon worked well. Mosquitos/bugs splat on the walls. Room was quite dark. Probably wouldnt opt to stay here again but other reviews suggest there are larger rooms (with windows!).

We stayed at the Star Hotel as part of our G Adventures tour of Cambodia. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The comfort level is about what you would expect for this price point in this area of the world. Shower nozzle is on the wall with no enclosure in the bathroom.

I stayed 2 weeks at the Star Hotel and it was pretty nice. The hotel is in a nice location and close enough to the downtown and restaurants and the river to provide a nice stay. One thing which should be improved is the WiFi. Almost every day the router would simply not connect. Then none of the routers on any of the floors would connect. This could be much better I think. Other than that, I really liked the location and availability of restaurants and tuk tuk drivers around the hotel.

Property was on grest lication, friendly and hdlpful staff, vdry nice room in good area
