The property was lovely. The bed room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. All the required amenities were available The location was fabulous - just a 3 minute walk from the lake and the shops, bars and restaurants. The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. In particular, the front desk staff (Ayushma) was extremely helpful and all her recommendations were excellent. She made all necessary arrangements for sight seeing, and helicopter ride to Annapurna base camp etc. The spa treatments were incredibly good.

There's room for improvement in the breakfast. We were not particularly impressed with what was offered for breakfast.

Facility and the room are comfortable and clean

Unfortunately when we arrived, we didn’t have a room! They transferred us to another hotel after already a long day of travelling, and we had to discuss long not to be charged for that night as they made a mistake and had to compensate. We were not charged for that night in the end, but it was still very inconvenient..
