Hotel Cristallo

Tremendous resort, excellent service and very helpful staff. Stayed for three nights while exploring the alpine roads nearby. Also enjoyed the spa.

Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und das hat sich durch unseren ganzen Aufenthalt gezogen. Das Personal ist super freundlich! Ins Hotel Cristallo würde ich jederzeit wieder kommen.

Only issue was room was hot.

La situation géographique permet de visiter la région , d'autant que le personnel de l'accueil est charmant et donne de précieux conseils. Pour les marcheurs, ne manquez pas le tour des 3 cimes (un peu après le lac de Misurina) La demi pension est très bien (varié, choix et présentation)

Super Essen!! Moderne Einrichtung, sehr neu! Nettes Personal, ruhiges Zimmer, schöner Wellnessbereich. Nochmal sehr gutes Essen!!!

Upgraded to a suite was highly appreciated. Bartender Thomas is such a master in his profession, skilled and creative. Food is absolutely delicious and excellent variation. The spa section is magnificent. The waiters were really attentive and multi-lingual. Overall a great stay and we look forward to yet another stay, gladly during the ski season.

We loved this hotel. The room was beautiful, an upgrade for our entire stay to the Dolomite Suite. Highly recommend this room. Staff could not be nicer and more helpful. The food is excellent. The spa treatments were terrific. Location put us in an excellent spot to explore the Alta Badia and Dolomites for 4 days where we did some great hiking and driving tours. Also, conveniently located to a walking path along the river about 30 minutes from main part of town and in the opposite direction a nearby village. Couldn't have been a nicer stay!! Would recommend it.

We chose Hotel Cristallo without knowing much about this area. We are so glad for this choice. The hotel is between Corvara and La Villa, with a lovely walking/biking trail connecting the two. We purchased a 3 day pass for the cable cars rented mountain bikes, and found the most beautiful trails to ride. The beauty of this area is beyond anything we have ever seen and we loved every minute of our visit. The room was immaculate, the round bed was firm and comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner each day and the menu was lovely. Breakfast was positively decadent! All of the staff were friendly and helpful and we would really love to come back again, maybe to ski next time.

My wife and I just got back from our honeymoon in Italy. Out of all the places we stayed, Hotel Cristallo was by far the best. From the time we walked in, we were treated so well by the staff. The hotel itself was amazing: comfortable rooms, great outdoor area, and the spa area was amazing. We also had dinner the one night we stayed and it was by far the best dinner of our trip. Compliments to the chef. They set up a special table for us at dinner since it was our honeymoon. Our only regret is that we didn't book more time at this hotel. If we ever return to the Dolomites we will definitely be staying here again. Might be the best hotel we have ever stayed in.
