Hotel Cristallo

Tutto benissimo meno la cena era appena discreta con buffet antipasti scarso ,colazione ottima ,camera bella .

Stayed here for 6 nights whilst hiking in June. Friendly staff, not too big, very good kitchen. Outside La Villa, so transport required to access village.

Location stupenda, servizi fantastici, personale disponibile e accogliente, cucina spettacolare. Stavamo terminando questa settimana idilliaca al meglio, contentissimi dell'esperienza. Tutto ciò è stato rovinato dall'ultima notte, alle 01.20 circa suona l'allarme antincendio, ci svegliamo di soprassalto, ci mettiamo due stracci addosso, prendiamo il bambino (11 mesi) dal lettino, e scendiamo le scale fino ad arrivare alla reception. Lì troviamo due ragazzi (presumo personale dell'albergo) che stanno armeggiando con la scatola dell'allarme, riavviano il sistema, e termina l'allarme. Falso allarme, dicono, e successo altre volte quest'inverno. E tutti a nanna, senza sapere se effettivamente fosse un falso allarme o meno. Inutile dire che, tra lo spavento tremendo, tra il dubbio che ci ronzava in testa, abbiamo dormito poco o nulla. La mattina, prima del check out, chiedo spiegazione, ma come risposta ricevo un laconico "non sappiamo ancora, stiamo verificando". Forse si pensa che la gente sia stupida. diciamo, 5/6 da sogno, 1/6 da incubo. Delusi.

Vi hade det mycket bra och trivdes på Hotel Cristallo. Fantastisk mat!!! Fin service!! Shuttelbus till både LaVilla och Corvara. Vi hade en rund säng som var jobbig att sova i, små badlakan och en hund som var ägarens som stod bunden ute på baksidan hela dagarna i snön - vi påtalade detta!!

Lovely modern hotel with excellent amenities, services, and food. It is a bit out of town, so a shuttle ride or car is needed to get you to the local villages for trips up the mountain. Welcoming to families.

Staff was super great, helpful and personable. Food and dinners were excellent. Pool has a funky layout, but everything is clean. Very high recommendation.

Had a great skiing trip to the Dolomites, the hotel is located between the small villages of Corvara and La Villa, great service, confortable rooms. Had dinner at their restaurant, very good. I would highly recommend this hotel, the village and the skiing!!

What can I say, from the perfect location, wonderful room and in house amenities (spa, sauna, pool, wellness) and just the best reception staff who were so, so helpful. And then the restaurant, wow, every meal was a culinary delight, and so cheap. All the staff are so well trained, attentive and cheerful. A perfect hotel in a perfect place, whether solo or couples or a family group. An absolute gem!
