Delfini Villas

We were supposed to have the junior suite for our first 2 nights but were upgraded to complex B. In complex B there is a pool and a lot more modern. So I would recommend staying there. On our final night they made us change back to complex A as we were staying in an executive suite. It was also very nice but a different style. Staff were lovely and very accomodating. Breakfast was delicious. Loved our stay there.

The family of delfini villas, which included rena, sema and iraklion were all fantastic. Rena was fantastic with her hospitality, the way a greek mother treats their guests. The stay was superb, location was fantastic, in the heart of the oia marble walkway. Definetely come back here again, and if you want to go to a place thats VALUE for money,delfini is the way to go.

Had a wonderful time in Oia. Hostess an absolute gem, she upgraded us to the suite just because we had paid so far in advance! Breakfast was lovely and delivered every morning and the view is just spectacular! Just such a lovely location.

Very comfortable cave house, very quiet, with fantastic views of the caldera right on the balcony. Fabulous breakfast. Close to attractions in Oia.

I rated this hotel excellent not only because not only the hotel per se but also the personal service from the owner. Let’s start with the hotel per se. It is in a very good location, it is beautifully decorated, it is well furnished, it is very clean and it is modern. We stayed in a room with balcony and hot tub. There was a music CD player, a laptop computer and real lilies. On the cute end table, there was a bottle of local wine and fruit, gifts from the owner. In the morning, we had our breakfast in the balcony-sipping the hot coffee, listening to the music, watching the beautiful sea right in front of us. After you know the owner, you will not be surprised why the hotel is so well managed. Before we took off our flight, we received a warm welcome email from the owner who asked us whether we need a taxi service to pick up at the airport with a very reasonable fee. We were so glad that we had the service. Or, we would have no idea what we should do when we landed in the airport in the late evening. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the owner; very nice lady who makes you feel right away that you have been treated as a special guest. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much and recommend it to everyone. The only one thing I would like to mention, though, is that the room we stay is quite small. It is perfect for a couple or you may want to stay in a larger room (I believe that there are larger rooms in the hotel).

First of all, thank you George, responsible person of the hotel, for sending email to prepare transportation one week before. The location is good. One way to go to the sunset point. Also, the manager, Ms. Zemma, is helpful and relieve everything you worried. Besides, we booked an executive room which contains a private outdoor warm spa pool. It is an extra great point that we enjoyed most.

We were immediately greeted by owner upon arrival and taken to our large (by Santorini standards) room, with full kitchenette and sitting area. Everything was very clean. Traditional decor. Our balcony had the most magnificent views of the caldera. Breakfast was delicious and served right on our balcony. Only negatives were that we hadn't been aware that off season ( March 16-18th) the entire city of Oia is fairly shut down, only 3 or so restaurants were open, and all the water was drained from pools and hot tubs were not running. It was too cold to use the pools, but it made for a less than beautiful view of empty pools. Additionally, as it had just rained and our door expanded, we had a lot of difficulty getting in and out of our room. There was no telephone in our room, and we couldn't use our cell phones abroad, so the only way to easily reach staff was to walk the block or two to the reception area, in another building, during the day.

Cave dwelling was fantastic, view was great, and the cats!
