Delfini Villas

Sima and staff made our stay wonderful. I highly recommend Delfini for staying in Oia.

NOT BAD FOR A SHORT STAY, BUT ALL SANTORINI HOTEL IS NOT TO BE EASY TO FIND IT. NEED TO CONTACT HOTEL WHEN UPON YOU ARRIVING OIA. BUT THE HOTEL IS ECONOMIC AND GOOD PRICE.

My friend and I stayed here in March, off-season for Santorini. We basically had the island to ourselves, and were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a jacuzzi at Delfini. From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly, accomodating and SO helpful. I cannot recommend Delfini enough!! It's right on the main walkway of Oia close to restaurants and many shops. There's a delicious bakery right across from Defini as well. The room was spotless, and they had a bottle of local wine and fruit waiting for us when we arrived. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Our stay at Delfini Villas was truly fantastic. The accomodations were first-rate, and the management was the most attentive and hospitable we have ever experienced. Rena, the manager/owner upgraded us to a full suite for free upon our arrival! In and of itself, that would have warranted a good review, but our opinion of this hotel as truly great is based on what followed the upgrade. Everything about this place exceeded our wildest expectations -from the unbelievable view from the balcony, the modern furniture, fixtures and technology, the two hot tubs (one indoor and one outdoor), the comfort of the bed, and the cleanliness and continued upkeep of the room and bath. There were also some great extras, like the wonderful chilled local bottle of white wine given upon arrival, and the local sweets laid on our pillow made from greek pistachios and honey. By the end of our stay we decided we never wanted to leave, and that we would make it a point to come back and stay with sweet Rena at the Delfini Villas.

Perfect for our first visit to Oia, Santorini. Wrong time of year (July) to catch the sunset, but an easy walk to view it from many restaurants, lookouts and bars close by. The staff were exceptional, the rooms perfect for a couple and very homely, the pool was very clean and not crowded. So quiet we felt like we were the only people in the whole town when we sat on our balcony.
