Good sized rooms good location if you have a car - staff friendly! Breakfast was good lots of choice

Otel merkezi bir yerde, çalışanlar güleryüzlü, kahvaltı güzel, ama otelin yenilenmesi lazım, artık eskimiş , tadilata ihtiyacı var, havuz yok, kapalı. Aynı fiyata belki daha güzel bir otel bulunabilirdi

Hotel Divan, what can I say 😄The hotel staff is friendly, the lobby and restaurant are nice and clean. The food in the restauran ,was ok,we had dinner one night.The room in the hotel is spacious with a large balcony, the room is clean. The carpet and furniture in the room are old, they should be renovated if they want to be a 4-star hotel. The location is ok for those who come with a car. For those guests who decide to use public transport, it is not very good. The hammam and spa are not working, the pool was also closed. I think this hotel is not a 4 star hotel. This is an average hotel with 3 stars. Sorry but we expect more for 4-star hotel.

The street sign for the hotel is very dim , very hard to see in the dark. Otherwise the hotel is nice, but not in a great location

AC was not running properly, filters had been changed but took 2 days to have desired cold air for the room

Everything was very good except for the check in process and the not so polite lady

A good welcome from the reception team, especially Mrs. Noura, who was very cooperative with us. She upgraded our room, treated us with kindness and welcome, and she was always ready to serve us. All thanks to her. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was varied and good. Parking service was also good. Many thanks to those who manage this lovely hotel.
