Bluewater Panglao Beach Resort

I’ve been to maribago Cebu. Summilon Cebu. So I’m so happy that there is a blue water in panglao. My hometown. I was so happy to stay and experience their hospitality during our stay. Kids friendly family resort friendly totally.thank you to our reservation expert Ms Abby. Providing a great promotion upon our stay. Nice job. To the front office team great guest interaction hope they can level up more. To the security and lifeguard team thank you for so vigilant in your work respect. Restaurant team thank you. I just hope they can provide more food in the buffet and more guest interaction for the guest satisfactions. Being in the hospitality for so long. Hope to level up the guest interaction more to offer in order to retain the hospitality level in our province. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I live on Panglao Island and once a month visit local hotels on a day use basis, so have a good idea on what the island has to offer. The day use rate is PH1000 per person, (PH200 for entrance and PH800 for food) about the same as other resorts here. What is concerning is the very high costs of food and drink, and the quality of the meals, of note, i ordered a club sandwich for a cost of PH700 (£10 / $12.20), this was returned partially eaten. I did raise my concerns with the manager of the restaurant and to be fair to the hotel they refunded the cost of the club sandwich, so the right thing was done there. Overall the staff where doing the best they could, however the Bluewater Resort is not on my return list and I advise other to take care of booking here.

Great resort that is supremely well taken care of. This was probably one of the best taken care of hotels I have stayed at in the Philippines. From the common areas to the rooms to the restaurant, you can tell that they really care about their property. The staff was all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and although I only ate lunch at the restaurant once it was good too. The grounds of the hotel are pretty. Although they are a little outside of the main Alona beach area they always had trikes available to take you into town. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again if I come back to Panglao.

Staff were helpful with lost luggage, arranging transport, advising on local areas like booking ferries.

We booked the 1-bedroom suite. It was bigger than expected and clean. Would stay here again.

Great pool, friendly staff. Small beach front - use the kayak's available to enjoy in full!
