"Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, reception to restaurant -staff is very friendly and attentive."

Hospitality, service, cleanliness, roof top restaurant options, dinner with a view.

Pools were not maintained well specially the indoor pool, noise of construction during daytime.

Feeling like a Maharaja. Wonderful place with stuning decoration. Nice pool; roof top restaurant. Try breakfast outside. Opside is a nice shop selling fantastic textiles.

"Comfortable for a family stay - Rooms lack any view though !"

Location is good - easy accessibility to local transport (cab/autos). Rooms are big and clean - beds can be more comfortable. However, outside view from rooms is a disappointment - you ether see the parking lot or trees! Pichola lake is only visible from the restaurant floor or terrace.

Rooms lack view and sunlight - Hotel corridors also don't have ample natural light.

Amazing food. Very good location. Well decorated rooms. Extremely courteous staff. Amazing view from the terrace

Beds and mattresses were not comfortable (2 queen beds joined to make 1 king bed). Upkeep or maintenance of property could be improved
