Baiyoke Ciao Hotel

Location and comfortable bed.

As I did an early check-in, I wanted to start to work from my room, but internet was not working. I called the reception 2 times, it was still the same. I took a nap, and wanted to work again around noon, no intrnet. I called the reception 2-3 times until I went downstairs and in person kindly ask for a solution. The lady was "frozen", didn't know to handle the situation at all. When I asked to switch to a new room, she said there is no available one. After a help of another staff, reseting router, still nothing. After almost an hour she suggested a new room. Oh wow, now they have it! She obviously lied. I switched to a new room, internet was working, but really really bad. Too much effort and unprofessional staff who even lies to a guest. Never again in this hotel.

Great location and clean

The room is big with a pantry and equipments that you can cook

There is limited parking spaces.

Centrally located. Easy access to popular places to eat, shop. Housekeeping staff very quick and accommodating.

Hot water in bathroom inconsistent. Reception staff always on the phone.

Central location. Walking distance. Not noisy.

We are staying 3 more nights but paid much higher for this first single night, though separate booking.
