decent and quiet location. nice, clean and very spacious unit.

the place is too old. though it's clean and tidy..they might wanna consider a basic renovation or somthin' to make it look nicer and modern. also they don't have cable channels available, only the tv top box which has very limited channels and all programs are no longer available during midnight. no wifi☹️ they also asked for a security deposit, good thing i still have P1k cash on ny wallet. they should put that on their post so we could prepare a cash, like on my case, i dont usually carry cash anymore. it's refundable btw.

Location is everything when you travel. Quiet surroundings yet close to restaurant beauty parlor and transportation. Secured place complete with security guard and a front desk. Staff very helpful. This is the best value you can get if you want to be near Greenhills, Ortigas, big shopping malls, Quezon City, Cubao

The studio apartment was quiet, clean and well supplied, all the appliances worked well and I appreciated hot water for my morning shower! Your staff was very friendly and helpful when I had questions or needed assistance and I appreciated their support since this was my first trip to the Philippines and I had much to discover. Your apartment hotel is very well located, close to public transportation, grocery stores, laundry facilities, restaurants and a large shopping mall. Important landmarks in Manila are easily accessible. All in all, my three weeks stay at Broadway Court was a most pleasing experience, I felt welcomed, safe and it became my home away from home. I will not hesitate to recommend your establishment to my friends who wish to visit the Philippines. Once again, thank you for your warm welcome and God willing I should be back next year.

It is near to all my business dealings in the Philippines. It is clean. I stayed for two weeks. Staff are very polite. Service is good. No wifi service. I asked for ironing board it was quickly attended. Laundry service is quick. very nice coffee shop across the road. Coffee is good, lunch and dinner.

I booked a room for three pax, however, the room they gave had only two beds. I asked for additional bed, instead, they placed a mattress on the floor.Disgusting! The staff in the reception area at first didn't want to accept my booking confirmation from Asiatravel. I told him to verify from his supervisor because I already paid for it. After talking to his supervisor he said okay.

The staff were very accommodating and gracious. Our family stayed for a few days while we were holding a wake and memorial services in the nearby Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Shrine and would always come back to the inn very late. Despite the lateness of the hour and with us having to have the gate opened, they were still welcoming and friendly. It was a comfort to us during a difficult time.
