Tucked away from the noise, and dust of Quezon City is this old, quiet mansion looking hotel. Its walking distance (5 mins) from the supermarket where you get your groceries, and bring it back and cook in the kitchen. COOL IDEA. If you are hungry, they have some information on deliveries, so check this out with the reception. They sell bottled water too. WiFi is paid service, valid for 24 hours, you can buy 2 hour service etc. Price P1400 which equates to around US$30.

This place is ok if you are paying a flying visit for maybe one or 2 nights-3 at a push. It is very basic but clean. I was slightly annoyed though as the pictures and description do "dress the place up" somewhat. If I was not so tired from the long flight I would have said something, but I was glad of a bed!! I think the owner of this establishment does need to change the advertising of this complex though, as it can be quite misleading-and somebody else may not be so forgiving as me!

It is a nice & quiet hotel located in the good section of QC. The hotel room is quite damp as there is a creek located right next to it. The rooms are quite old & musty that caused us to get sniffles.

Right in the heart of New Manila - a post world war 2 residential neighborhood where the old rich established their antiquated mansions rich with timeworn charm, all moldy and moth eaten but resonating with character. The place is a near drive to the greenhills shopping area and midway to other areas in quezon city and manila. The hotel, amid all this antique charm is literally outdated too (circa 60s-70s design) but surprisingly well maintained and always clean. Four visits and so far no cockroaches. :) The bachelor room, for P1400/night + deposit is spacious and inclusive of a mini kitchen (comes with a refrigerator, stove, water heater, pots/pans, plates, etc), living room, bathroom and the bedroom with cable TV partitioned by a cabinet. Nothing fancy and very basic, you are paying for just the room after all. Breakfast is not included and no room service. Wifi /internet connection is not for free but is available upon request. A grocery (SaveMore) and drugstore (Mercury drugstore) is a close walk from the hotel and they offer airport pick up and drop off services. Service is so-so, if you don't ask, they won't give. Best for a week-month stay with family or friends.

My husband and two-year-old son stayed in Broadway Court for 4 nights. It is the perfect place to stay if you want peace and quiet. My son loves to stroll in the afternoon so the garden and the tennis courts are perfect for him. The apartment itself is very clean. They have daily maid service but you have to call the front desk so they will send someone up otherwise no one will come. They also have laundry service but if you just want to wash your underclothings there's some sort of hanger in the bathroom. There's no closet, just drawers and a rack but that was fine. There were lots of space to store and organize your things. Newspaper, clothes iron and hair dryer are free but again you have to call the front desk to send them up. The kitchen has complete facilities - toaster, water heater, stove, ref, utensils, cooking ware, even an oven. The staff is polite and very helpful. They will even call for a cab for you even if they have car services available. TIP: The hotel is hard to find. This is not because it's far from the city but because it's located on a one-way street. You have to ask the cab driver to bring you to Mt. Carmel Church. It's almost in front of it. There's a supermarket called SaveMore and a pharmacy (Mercury Drug) about 5 minutes away on foot.
