For the price, this place is a real steal! The room was tiny but extremely well-kept, the whole place had a classy feel to it, and the staff were the best -- so friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have at all is that after settling into my room for the night, I discovered that the wifi wouldn't work for me at all. I had to leave early the next morning, so I didn't pursue the issue. It might have been fixable if I'd asked the staff. But if you're absolutely counting on having wifi during your stay, then that's something to bear in mind. I had to make an hour-long trip the next morning to a remote location I'd never been to before. I talked to the hotel staff about my situation when I checked in, and they procured a driver for me who was excellent and who charged me surprisingly little for such a long trip! Also, when I came downstairs in the morning to check out and ask them to call a taxi for me, they already had this guy there ready and waiting. So very helpful!

Room small but has the basic requisites for a one-night's stay. Eateries abound after walking a short distance through the backlane. Prices at eateries reasonable.

Hotel should NOT have listed itself as an airport hotel. It was a half-hour taxi ride from the terminal when traffic was light. While the two staff members we met were most polite, the hotel itself is in need of updating. The carpets in both hallways & guest rooms were filthy & reeked of old cigarettes. The place is simple which is fine for the price but the smell & dirty feel of the carpet far outweighs the updated bathrooms & polite staff. Also, its location holds NO appeal for tourists. We would not stay here again.

The hotel room though is small in size, it provides a bath tub.it is also located near to the train station and various public buses. The hotel staff is polite and friendly

Overall, a great hotel and staff. Comfortable and functional rooms, decent breakfast. The hotel is located down a side street in Taoyuan, and about a 20-30 minute drive to the airport.

Although it is tucked away down a side street, the staff and cleanliness make it worth it. The free breakfast with your stay isn't bad, either!

The staff of the hotel went out of their way to help me. I was helped to find transportation and hotels to my next destination. They looked up the information I needed, booked my next hotel, gave me maps,and provided me with written Chinese for my destinations so that I could show these at the train and bus stations and taxi drivers. The breakfast buffet provided was also very tasty and had a good selection of items.
