Great service. Clean room , small kitchen in the room. Onsite parking. 10-15 minutes walk to town. Nice view from the room. Great place to stay.

Loved the view, location and the beds were comfy!

The hotel is on a very steep hill, as a non New Zealand native driver, it spooked me.

The friendly service. The spacious unit and extra clean as well. Location was so good.

Road noise but the double glazed windows totally blocked it out for sleeping so that was great.

"Great bang for your buck!"

The bed was very comfortable and kept me warm during chilly nights, so I didn't need to use the heater. The location was only 5-10 minutes from the city centre. Considering accommodations in Queenstown can be really expensive, this place was a good bang for your buck.

I don't have any negatives about the place. It honestly was a good accommodation. Maybe a little more information about checkout time would be nice, since the reception office was open for a fixed amount of time.
