"Perfect"

This place is perfect and has a perfect view of the lake. The location is ideal, 8-minute walk from Queenstown Gardens and 15-minute walk into the main town. The wifi is good. Tea coffee and milk are provided which is always a bonus. The bed was comfy and the room was cosy. I would definitely stay here again.

"Great stay"

Great location - handy to both the town and the lake, with a beautiful view to match. The room was a highlight, especially the spa bath, which made the stay feel extra relaxing. The TV included Netflix access, which was a nice touch for unwinding in the evenings. The staff were amazing - they serviced the room daily, taking care of the rubbish, making the bed, and refilling the coffee. It really made the stay feel easy and well looked after.

"Amazing stay in Queenstown"

Location is wowww! Especially for a first time in Queenstown, room very spacious and clean! I wished I enjoyed it longer but la des a little late! Obviously with these views you wanted to wake up early. Easy access from airport, with parking available. Morgan was amazing with understanding and help me with my can that broke down in the middle of the driveway of the hotel. Had jump started for the battery, unfortunately wasn’t the issue. But she helped my handle the situation until it was towed away and let me enjoy the city in the meanwhile without any complication!

"Good value for money in Queenstown"

Rooms are very clean and spacious with good kitchen and living room facilities. Walking distance to the Queenstown main hub, either along the water and gardens or along the main road which is a bit quicker.

On a steep hill which can be tricky with suitcases, especially with an upstairs unit.
