Ubicación.

Relación calidad precio, caro para la prestaciones. Habitación con mobiliario viejo y limpieza regular.

Su buena ubicación, su limpieza y buena calidad de las instalaciones.

Antes de reservar, en Booking aparecía que la estadía era con desayuno gratis incluido, sin embargo, luego de reservar, aparecía que la reserva era sin desayuno.

Breakfast was good and close to the apartment.

In the room: had water dripping from the air conditioner into my suitcase and onto the floor... Got some of my clothes wet. We asked to be moved to a different room and were told the only available one was more expensive so we would have to pay more (even though it was not our fault) or stay in the room while they work on the problem. They took the TV from the wall and fix the leak , had to cover our stuff while they work. The toilette didn't work properly, and in the bath tub the water also didn't drain well. They address it but it went back to be like before.. And lastly the handle bar in the tab came of the wall. When we asked if we could have a late departure we were told we couldn't but we were welcome to wait in the lobby. Not to accommodating after our "experience".

Location and service

Excelente ubicación, buen desayuno y una cama muy cómoda y limpia. Personal de recepción, restaurante y servicio muy atento.

Puertas y closets con suciedad adherida, muebles y cortinas que necesitan reparación, empapelado y pintura con defectos, aire acondicionado anticuado y poco funcional, poquísima presión de agua caliente en la ducha y tina de baño en mal estado de conservación.
