Mein Aufenthalt war rundum super. Besonders dankbar bin ich für die sehr kompetente und freundliche Rezeption des Hotels. Sie ist 24 Stunden besetzt und hat mir jedes mal extrem gut geholfen. Die Kommunikation via what's app funktioniert tadellos und ich bin sehr dankbar für die Hilfe mit den Kopien meiner Dokumente!

Da localização!

Fomos encaminhados ao quarto errado ao chegarmos, abrimos e o quarto estava com pessoas dentro, levamos um susto, comunicamos a recepção que nos deram um novo quarto, que era muito menor do q o primeiro. Conversei que o quarto era diferente, e atendente me avisou que era o da minha reserva , mas minha irmã e uma amiga que haviam feito exatamente a mesma reserva , estavam nos quartos maiores, aí ela disse quedei azar, que elas tiveram um up grade e eu não. Sendo que eu estava com uma criança . Achei muito pouco gentil, ainda mas apos termos ficado super constrangidos ao entrar em um quarto errado.

Le personnel est très accueillant. Proche des commodités. L'appartement est grand.

Dommage que la piscine soit fermée le lundi. L'appartement est un peu vieillissant, les murs pas toujours très propres

Great location, truly the best we could have had in our opinion. The staff are great, the facilities are clean and lovely, the bed are comfortable. Truly a great place we will likely be back. We had a good view as well!

The air conditioning was loud at night and we went there in the summer so turning it off was out of the question for us, so we slept with earplugs. Truly that was the only issue, literally everything else was wonderful.
