Careys Manor & Senspa

Outstanding from arrival until departure 2 days later. We had a wonderful room with four poster bed, enjoyed a different restaurant each night with great food and service. The spa was very enjoyable and the upgrade to the Senspa certainly worth buying. The staff throughout were exceptional, and breakfast was excellent. We are already checking calendars for our next visit.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the New Forest

Like many of the other reviews I've read - the staff are very helpful and friendly. This applies to everyone we came in contact with - from front-desk, restaurant and cleaning. The lady at reception (Suzy) even managed to pilfer a couple of breakfast sausages away from the restaurant for our dog! Despite there being a couple of large weddings going on that weekend - we didn't hear any noise. Finally, it is a beautiful location - just 5 mins walk away from open land and forest trails

Carey’s Manor was recommended by a friend. I am thrilled that we took her advice! The manor has a lot of character and presents a warm welcome. The rooms are more modern than the manor which offers guests comfort and convenience. As lovely as the manor is, our stay was defined by the amazing staff. We were made to feel truly welcome and the staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy. There are a number of properties in Brockenhurst, but when we return we will definitely stay at Carey’s Manor again.

This properly exceeded expectation. Great concierge, and receptionist. Spa excellent and restaurant first class. Service everywhere faultless and food was really really good. Highly recomended

Some nice people especially at check in and out. The hotel was a bit tired especially in the area we stayed where they were refurbishing other rooms (which wasn’t mentioned, drilling on Monday morning was not welcomed) so maybe they are aware. Brekkie ok, spa quite nice. Drinks very expensive, didn’t have any evening meals so can’t comment. I book through hotels.com as gold membership and some if the extras weren’t offered which is annoying, better communication would help.
