Check in at another location is troublesome. Overall is ok.

Apartment was better than I was expecting. Very spacious. Spotlessly clean. Beds were so comfy. Walking distance to most attractions . Good bars and restaurants nearby. Budapest a great city break. I would recommend lord residence to anyone. Good value. Cons: having to pick up the key from another location. There was construction work going on in the courtyard but it didn't cause us any problems. Loo roll I feel should have been provided.

Absolutely one of the worse experiences of my life .. bedding made me sick very difficult to get property mgmt assistance even the new bedding was problematic i am sick from staying there .. too many other issues to list .. exterior common area unsafe and dirty .. plumbing issues, dated run down.. old dirty furniture and thr carpets were disgusting.. how in the world this place has a favorable rating is beyond me it cannot be true

We arrived late due to delay it was good that the reception was open 24 hour but we have problem with the key if you go out you can not lock the door as you cannot take the key out. We went out for a whole day but fortunately mothing was touch in our stuff as the door was unlocked.

Very close to many famous sights, easy to access the public transportation, very good selection of cafes and restaurants in the area.

Apartment was great. Very comfortable and clean. Needed some mirrors in bedrooms. Also small sharp knife would have been useful. Would have appreciated small printed directions from check in to apartment and more detail of location of apartment on block. Budapest was beautiful and very interesting.

1. having to walk to another location for the house key was a bit of a bother. 2. we only got one key, that was a bother. 3. the key looked like it would be copied with ease, so we fell a bit insecure about our belongings... but no problem occured.

Excellent location in the heart of the city and excellent customer service. We loved the apartment and enjoyed the balcony. Parking underneath the building is very convenient. We never used the car while there as you can walk everywhere. We stayed three nights and truly loved it. We would highly recommend.

Great location. Easy access to enjoy all of what Budapest has to offer.
