The apartment was very clean and nice. Clear instructions on key pickup location initially and for checkout should be done. fire alarm was just outside our room, and a false alarm went off every night from 3am to around 8-9am. Could not sleep at all. Since no one is at the reception, you cannot contact anyone to turn it off.

Room was in a great location and was fine for what we paid. HOWEVER the reception being 10 min walk away was frustrating

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was very close to groceries stores, restaurants and shopping centres. It is a few minutes away from the old metro and a 20 minute walk to the city along Andrassy street which is place to very high end boutiques. The neighbour hood is safe and there is security to get into the building. The Lord Residence will be the place for us when we return to Budapest. I give it a shiney 5 star review

Hugely mis-sold on the room's air conditioning, despite it staying it had it, it was old, and weak (virtually useless). If we did not have a fan, it would have been unbearable in the 35C+ heat. The property manager / owner did not give a single f**k about sorting the air conditioning. They offered us two day's parking as a refund, but we would have preferred working air conditioning (as this was the reason we spent extra, and choose this place!). The room is old, tired, and broken in many ways. The only thing going for the place is its location, other than that, spend your money elsewhere.

Very specious apartment and clean.

Check in was quick and friendly. The room was very spacious and well decorated. Wifi was OK and the air conditioning was very much needed. Plenty of places to eat nearby with only a 10 minute walk to the town.

This was our second stay at the lords residence. Our apartment this time was not as good as our previous stay two years earlier . This time the apartment we stayed in was a little tired and in need of a refurbishment. The sofa was awful so hard and uncomfortable it was painful to sit in after even a short while but the bed was probably the best we have ever slept in away from home and the maid service had left no toiletries at all which was very inconvenient seeing as we arrived on a public holiday and everywhere was closed that day . The tv was very old and the Wi-Fi is not that great . For the amount of money that we paid it was not great value for us . 5/10

It is a good apartment, but there are points to be improved. The apartment was not cleaned well as expected. The floor close to the fridge was too dirty. The fridge was dirty. The shower is patched almost broke and needs a new one for sure. There are many different little stairs for a family with baby and stroller, and it was not mentioned in the description.
